If you are ever in Las Vegas, NV and love French Cuisine…. you have to check out Mon Ami Gabi. I recommend sitting outside on the patio so you can people watch while enjoying the deliciousness of the food. The plates are spot on and you get a complimentary warm French baguette with sea salted butter, all while sipping on a glass of rosé….yes please!
Arc was the first restaurant I fell in love with when I moved from Brooklyn to San Clemente. Whether I was going in for a cocktail or to dine, it felt like home. I was craving ambiance, food that wasn’t a taco, and cocktails that were made from scratch, and Arc had all three.
The décor is sexy. The restaurant is dimmed lit at night with exposed brick and weathered wood. The cook and bartender share a space to create, which I find unique on its own. Because of that, I find sitting at the bar is the best place to sit.
Everything is cooked in their open flamed oven behind the bar. The food is always fresh, local, seasonal, and has an amazing eye catching presentation using cast iron or wood dishes.
And cocktails…made with love from scratch. They make all of their infusions, syrups, and bitters in house. Their cocktails are well balanced and beautifully crafted by talented bartenders who are always lovely to talk too.
